🌟 Happy New Year, and welcome to Week 4 of the Change Reflection Series

ā¤ļø A space where your heart and your mind can connect.

In this week’s Change Reflection series, we’re diving into the powerful topic of pain and how it shapes our lives.

Last week, we explored the idea of embracing endings as a natural and necessary part of life. By normalizing endings, we reduce the brain’s instinct to see them as threats, making it easier to step into new beginnings.

Building on that foundation, this week we’re exploring the difference between productive (or good) pain and unproductive (or bad) pain, as well as how the internal maps we’ve developed over time—shaped by past experiences—can influence our future.

We’ll also take another look at the fascinating neuroscience behind rewiring our brains to transform pain into purpose and growth.
