🌟 Welcome to Week 3 of the Change Reflection Series

ā¤ļø A space where your heart and your mind can connect.

Last week, we began exploring the idea of pruning—letting go of what no longer serves us—so that, like a well-tended rose bush, our lives can truly flourish. 🌹

This week, we’re working on normalizing endings as a natural and necessary part of life, drawing inspiration from Chapter 3 of Dr. Henry Cloud’s book, Necessary Endings.

By embracing endings, we allow them to become familiar, reducing the brain’s instinctive reaction to see them as threats that trigger fight-or-flight responses.

The good news: We can rewire our brains, and with our daily reflections, we’re taking the first steps.

Curious about the neuroscience of rewiring your brain? I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Huberman's podcast How to focus to change your Brain.
