đ Welcome to Week 3 of the Change Reflection Series
â¤ď¸ A space where your heart and your mind can connect.Â
Happy Friday! Today marks the last day of our reflection for both the week and the year before the holiday season.
This week, weâve been on a journey of acceptance as part of normalizing endings in our lives:
⨠Accepting that seasons and life cycles are a natural part of living.
⨠Accepting that our lives produce more opportunities, relationships, and commitments than we can sustain.
Today, we take on perhaps the hardest acceptance of all: the reality that not everythingâor everyoneâin our lives serves us well.
Take a moment to reflect:
đ What relationship or situation in your life might you consider âtoxicâ or harmful?
đĄ With that realization, what ending might be necessary for your growth?
If nothing comes to mind, thatâs wonderful!
But if something does, take a deep breath and allow yourself to sit with it for a few minutes. Let your heart speak to you.
Congratulations on Another Week of Deep Reflection đą đ
Youâve done some tough soul-searching this week, and I know it wasnât always easy. But the work youâve done is a vital step toward a thriving lifeâone where you can embrace the art of letting go of what no longer serves you.
How was this process for you? Iâd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
And now, itâs time to shift gears. Can you believe Christmas is just around the corner? I hope the coming weeks bring you rest, joy, and quality time with your loved ones.
Weâll pause our reflections until the new year, but Iâll see you back here on January 6th, when weâll explore good versus bad pain and how our internal maps shape the way we experience change.

Happy Holidays, and hereâs to a season of peace, love, and new beginnings. See you in 2025! đâ¨
