🌟 Welcome to Week 3 of the Change Reflection Series

ā¤ļø A space where your heart and your mind can connect.Ā

This week, we’ve been on a journey to make endings a familiar and natural part of our lives—so familiar, in fact, that our brains no longer see them as threats.

Over the past couple of days, we’ve reflected on the concept of seasons, accepting that endings are an essential part of life’s natural rhythms.

Today, we’re taking the next step in this journey by revisiting an important truth: life often produces more opportunities, relationships, and commitments than we can sustain. When we hold on to too much, we risk draining energy from the parts of our lives that truly matter.

Take a quiet moment to check in with your heart:

šŸ’ What activities or relationships whose season has passed are you still holding onto?

Letting go can be challenging. But in releasing what no longer serves us, we create the space for new growth. 🌱

šŸ“– Since our hearts need time, the article stays the same for the whole week and is available in the resourcesĀ section of my website.

✨ Don’t miss our reflection tomorrow—that’s where the rewiring begins.
