Welcome back to Week 1 of the Change Reflection Series

❤️ A space where your heart can catch up with your mind. ❤️

Happy Friday! 🎉 We’ve reached the final day of this week’s journey into the concept of pruning our lives.

Yesterday’s reflection was a big one. I’ll admit—it wasn’t just one question; it was a cluster of deeply related, and yes, hard questions.

So today, let’s take more time to sit with those same reflections. Sometimes, the deeper insights come when we revisit and allow ourselves space to think and feel more.

If you missed it, here’s the exercise again:

Close your eyes for a moment and picture your habits, activities, commitments, and relationships as buds on the rosebush of your life.

💭 What do you see?

🌟 Which buds are the best—the ones you wouldn’t dare touch?

🌿 Which ones are OK but not thriving?

🍂 Which look sickly, despite your best efforts to nourish them?

🍁 Which ones are dead and blocking the potential of healthier buds?

Take a deep breath as you reflect on what arises.

🌱 Congratulations for sticking with these challenging questions this week. How was this week’s soul-searching experience for you?

What would it take for you to consider this space a true connection point between your heart and mind?

I’d love to hear your thoughts. Your feedback helps shape this into a place for meaningful growth and transformation.

✨ Thank you for joining me on this path. See you Monday for a new week of reflections! 👋🏼

Next week, we’ll try to make endings a normal part of our lives.
