🌟 Welcome to Week 2 of the Change Reflection Series

ā¤ļø A space where your heart can catch up with your mind.

We're still working on getting used to the idea of pruning in our lives. 🌹

As we’ve discussed, our lives often produce more growth than we can sustain. To complicate things further, our resources—time, energy, finances, talent, and emotions—are all finite.

To allow our lives to truly flourish, something has to go. But where to begin?

Let’s try a visualization exercise to help us take the first step: Close your eyes and picture your habits, activities, commitments, and relationships as buds on the rosebush of your life.

šŸ’ What do you see?

🌟 Which buds are the best—the ones you wouldn’t dare touch?

🌿 Which ones are OK but not thriving?

šŸ‚ Which look sickly, despite your best efforts to nourish them?

šŸ Which ones are deadĀ and blocking the potential of healthy buds?

🌱 Take some time to reflect on what this exercise reveals. Pruning isn’t easy, but it’s essential for a flourishing, thriving life. 🌱

šŸ“– Since our hearts need time, the article stays the same for the whole week and is available in the resourcesĀ section of my website.

✨ And don’t forget to join me tomorrow for the last reflection of the week.
