🌟 Welcome to Week 2 of the Change Reflection Series

ā¤ļø A space where your heart can catch up with your mind.

Yesterday, we began exploring pruning by reflecting on how the idea makes us feel. Today, we’re taking it a step further, diving into the different types of pruning that apply not only to plants but also to our lives.

In his book Necessary Endings,Ā Dr. Henry Cloud highlights three categories of branches we may need to prune:

🌿 Healthy branches that are good but not the best.

šŸ‚ Sick branchesĀ that aren’t going to recover, no matter how much effort we put into them.šŸ Dead branchesĀ that take up valuable energy and space needed for the best.

So today’s reflection is:

šŸ’ What do you think about these three types of pruning?

I know this question starts in the mind, but when applied to your own life, it quickly drops into our heart.

🌱 ā¤ļø Take a moment today and let your heart speak to you.

šŸ“– Since our hearts need time, the article stays the same for the whole week and is available in the resourcesĀ section of my website.

✨ And don’t forget to join me tomorrow for the next reflection of the week. That’s where the hard but transformative work begins.
